I found a lump in the top part of my armpit just where my arm and armpit meet. Can this be cancer? As all the stories I've read are all of lumps in the lower armpit and under. I have been keeping an eye on it for about 3 months now and it's only gotten a little big bigger. I do sometimes get shooting pains from my armpit to my left breast too. Could they be connected.
