Stomach pain

I was taken into hospital 8 days ago with stomach and back pain. I was given a CT scan and they found small kidney stones, a hernia and fluid on my pelvis. I have been under a urologist for months due to reoccurring water infections and a gynaecologist for pelvis pain. I was discharged the day after. The following week I continued to have pain, burning and dull in the left hand side of my belly (upper and lower) my kidney stones are on the right. My GP has referred me for more bloods but have to wait 2 weeks. I went back to urgent care on Friday due to a persistent chest pain. They gave m e gaviscon and discharged me. 2 hours later I was rushed in with severe upper abdo pain that radiates sprung my back. Focused mainly on the left. I got taken in, bloods were checked and an ultrasound. All have come back clear. I was discharged with them telling me there is nothing else that can be done now and I will have to wait for a gastro doc to do camera test.  The pain will go from 0-10 in waves. I cannot eat anything now (reduced 2 days ago to small amount) I can't even stomach water. The pain is about a 6. Spread all over tummy and I have found a hard lump central stomach that want there yday. (I don't think it's my hernia as that is umbilical and is lower. The hosp won't see me unless it's for pain management. I am at loss. So pain right but mainly under left ribs and sternum . A sickly burning ache. And then a pain left of my belly button. With a lump above belly button that is there on and off. Quite firm when it is though x
