Hi I’m a 51 yr old post menopausal lady who has been diagnosed with 3 large cysts. 10 cm 8cm and 6cm. Have had an ultrasound, transvaginal scan and a full contrast mri. My hormonal levels are raised and my CA 125 blood test was 192 is this high? My case has gone to an MDT group which I’m not sure what happens there and I see a consultant in 4 days time. But it’s the blood test I’m not sure on the level it should be .
