Hi everyone 

i am really new here and just looking for some support please as my anixity is driving through the roof!

quick recap: all way suffered from lumps in boobs been to breast clinic plenty of times so I know what coming! Had a few benign lumps and cysts!

basically days after having my last child 18 month ago a lump  appears in my Arriola area it comes and goes when menstruating so haven't been overly concerned 

but

for the past few months it's hasn't gone it's so pain to touch I can't sleep on my front as it hurts it right by my nipple and at time it all most feels like my breast is full (like when after you have a child) it's a bit bigger then a size of a pea! During lockdown I avoided doctors and have only just braved the phones call I have an appointment this afternoon I'm so scared and beating myself up about how stupid Iv been to leave it so long.

has anyone else been in this position and every think was fine
