I have had pain above left breast which has got worse last couple weeks..i have pinpointed exact spot...I can not feel a lump ..basically when I press the area quite hard hurts feels almost bruised it is just under the vertical bit of the big pectoral muscle where other muscles join from the side but don't think it's this muscle..it seems to hurt from underneath..if I move arm back and forth can feel all the muscles moving but don't really get pain along my chest /arm it's just that one spit very tender I can feel a bone underneath chest bone or something and pain seem to be right on top/inbetween that area feels almost tender/bruised....not sure if to go to my sports physio or doctor?? Not sure where breast tissue ends ..seems underneath all that but not sure??
