Unfortunately no one here on the forum will be able to tell you more about what this might all mean as only a doctor or a specialist will have the expertise to diagnose you properly. It's good though that you have been referred to the gynaecologist and that you won't have to wait too long for your appointment. I hope all goes well next week. It looks like they are being very thorough taking bloods and urine samples  - don't be alarmed by this it is often something that is needed and it sounds like you are in very good medical hands.
