hello, a couple/few months ago i discovered a moveable painless lump in my neck, and since then i have discovered i think three more. three in the left and one on the right, the ones on the left are higher up and closer to the jawline and all moveable i think except the one near my ear jaw bit. 

not long before i found the first one i had had a full blood count done and everything was fine, and i don't think it's from infection as i've got severe ocd about hygiene. i've been to the doctor twice about the first lump and he said he couldn't feel it but booked me for an appointment at the hospital with the ENT to ease my mind (missed it because they mixed up the date on the letter, was meant to be 12/10 but they put 10/12). im not sure when my appointment will be but i'm so so scared. 

im 16 and type one diabetic, and my neck aches sometimes but not like typical neck ache,'it's like more in the sides and not so deep and not in the joint part if that makes sense. sometimes i get night sweats but ive not lost any weight. i get nauseous sometimes but that's been an ongoing on and off thing for about 5 years so it's hard to tell what that's from. i get very very tired and can sleep for 16 hours, and i get stiff when i wake up. i also get burning pains around my elbow and fingers sometimes. 

i also get stomach issues where it'll gurgle really loud and painfully and i'll get cramps near my pelvic area and then go from normal poo to quickly changing to diarrhoea or sometimes floating sorry for the details. it'll be a lot as well like multiole flushes between so i don't block them toilet and i can be in there for about 40 minutes sometimes. i get pains all around my body too. 

i also have swelling in the hard bit in the left side of my cheek where the back of your teeth would be if you were looking at it like an x-ray if that makes sense like it's bigger than on the right. the doctor noticed this too, but i also think there could be maybe a wisdom tooth slightly poking through as my mum saw a little flap over a tooth and my gums were swollen but aren't anymore. the tooth isn't hurting or infected though, but i did have some severe face pain on the same side that lasted for about a week a few weeks ago, that spread to my ear cartlidge and head too. i still get ear cartlidge pain but not from that. my armpit hurts sometimes too but haven't noticed a lump there.

im sorry for the long post but i'm so so terrified it could be cancer.
