i am in the same position as you, similar symptoms and 30 years old. 
 

I saw my GP yesterday and have been referred to the breast clinic for checking. She said that she didn't think it would be anything sinister but to get it checked out anyway. 
 

waiting for my hospital appointment now. The waiting is the worst! 
 

would be interested to hear what your GP says tomorrow

i had my appointment at 9.30, she had a good look and feel and said she couldn't feel anything, but to be on the safe said she has done a non-urgent referral to the breast clinic but she said I should still here within 2 weeks.

I feel a little reassured that she didn't feel anything but I still always think the worst in things..I suppose all I can do now is just wait on the letter or phone call.
