Hi, 

Im 30 years old and 3 weeks ago found a lump in my left armpit, I went to my my Dr on monday and she felt it has done a urgent refferal, im going in on the 9th of November. 

My left boob has always been bigger but seems quite a bit bigger now, she felt my boob and asked me if something was normal, because i seem to have rather hard boobs - tissue feels like rope i admitted to her i dont really check my actual breasts because the feel of the tissue makes me feel a bit sick. They are naturally heavy as they are a F and im a size 8. I have also had terrible itching on the left breast but no rash. 

My mother at 21 and 24 had 2 umps removed (pre cancerous cells) and my grandmother on my fathers side died of breast cancer at 54. My mother also had uterine cancer at 28 with a full hystorectomy. 

Some hours of the day I feel really positive and other hours I just want to cry. 

I feel worried because everytime life goes good something bad happens. My fiance said he had a cry at work after i called him and told him the other day so Im trying to stay strong for him. Ive never seen him cry in 4 years so I feel terrible for putting him through the worry.

His work has given him the day of to come to the appointment which is great as the hospital has said he could come. 

Has anyone had similar symptons? What was the outcome?
