Hello Sabr, 

It must be a really stressful time for you especially as you are pregnant and worry that you cannot be investigated at the moment. I think the best thing to do is talk to your doctor about these FIT results and what they might mean and whether these results mean anything specific or if they are nothing to be concerned about at this stage. Don't be shy to tell your doctor that this is causing your health anxiety to resurface and whether there is anything they can advise to help. 

I hope you get some answers soon and that you will hear from others here who have been in a similar position before.
