Hello,

I noticed a swollen lymph node after having a viral infection two months ago - I just wondered if it should have gone down by now? I've read a lot of people's saying they don't always go back down and can remain enlarged for life.

There's a bit of acheiness when I press on it and it does move a bit, however it's also firm. 
 

I'm only 20, very healthy and have never smoked so the odds are okay. Just very worried and not sure what to do.
