Hi, Im wondering if anyone's been going through this?

I am 25 years old. 

I've got a lot of pain on my lower right/ side abdomen and sometimes followed by lower back pain. It sometimes is worser than other days, I've noticed it's worser with my periods which are irregular.

Ive been tested for endometriosis and that came back clear, I got told I had suspected ovarian cancer but I'm guessing I don't have anything, I did keep having CA level 125 test and that has always come back higher than normal (56) I only had ultrasound and transvaginal scans which only showed ovarian cysts which don't look serious.

Ive been in pain for around 3 years, I've had PID twice but that's been treated.

I don't know where to go from here, what to do, I'm suffering in constant pain, have dizziness, feel constantly bloated and tired. It's effecting my daily life but all the scans keep coming back normal.

They considered removing the cysts but they said as it didn't look serious they won't remove them.
