Hi!
Last weekend I found a lump in my groin, which feels about a pea size - I went to the dr last Monday and she felt around it and said I had a couple options to see how it was or to see if I could get it looked at by a speciality team which I assumed was getting a scan etc. So I said that but she said to wait until this coming Friday (30/10) to see how it is and I can then possibly get bloods taken etc. When I phoned again last week to say it's uncomfortable and causing wee sharp pains around my groin area and down my leg I requested antibiotics but another dr said again, see how it is and that she doesn't think it would need an antibiotic! But after sitting up late every night googling I haven't stopped worrying about it all! I just wondered if anyone is going through the same thing?? I am expecting the worst as google tells me / but it could probably just be a cyst or swollen lymph node! I also had a rash on my arms and legs during lockdown which is away now but has left little dots/scarring on the back of my leg - and also suffered an abcsess in the most uncomfortable place ( you can probably guess! ) in August which antibiotics helped cure that! But now I'm wondering if it's all linked!
Any help or advice to stop worrying would be amazing!
thanks x
