I've had really bad gastro symptoms for years now. Sometimes I'll eat and then I'll be in so much pain I can't move and I have to have a heat pack. Sometimes having fibre helps, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried a low FODMAP diet and mebeverine and always told I have IBS. I'm 24 btw. Sometimes I'll have so much pain and constipation and suddenly I'll have diorrhea, but most of the time it's just massive massive constipation. It completely stops everything that I'm doing.
I've had a stool test and blood tests which are both fine but my doctor won't send me for a colonoscopy. I ended up in A&E last night where they stuck a finger up (soz) and said I have piles. I do have lumps that come out when I strain and no suppositories seem to help.
i inserted a finger into the back passage and
I can feel a really hard lump on the "wall" the side of my stomach if that makes sense.
I do have health anxiety but I feel like bc of that I'm never taken seriously. I never used to vomit when I had these "episodes" and now I do. I have had mucus and blood on the toilet paper but always bright red.
i have also been told I have PCOS.
any advice please because my mum was diagnosed 6m before she died, same with my grandma and I'm terrified this is going to be me next.
is this hard lump in my bum normal?!?! It feels tender to touch and my bum area feels full & pressured
