RIGHT BREAST FLAT LARGE LUMP

Hi everyone not been on here for a while. I had 1st mammogram and scan Jan 2019 on as found lump in Left Breast. Was cysts had them removed. Then end August 2019 another lump in Right Breast another Cyst had it removed. Now have Hard Flatish lump and only can feel it when led down not there sitting or standing up. Seen my GP Wednesday this week she thought it might be Grisel I have no idea what that is or weather it can be cancer or not. Would like to know if anyone else knows what it means that would be great. I'm now waiting on Phone Call from the Breast Clinic will have appointment with in the two weeks starting today hopefully. One thing I've noticed this lump feels nothing like the cysts as there where soft to touch and did not hurt this hurts a bit it's hard and have shoulder and neck pain. If someone has the same symptoms like I would like to know if possible. I am keeping positive and if it is cancer I will fight to the end. Thank you reading sorry for the length of writing.     Hi Joby,

    I am sorry to hear that you have had this ongoing problem with both of your breasts, but am glad to hear that to date they have been cysts.

    You have done the right thing in getting a referral to the breast clinic to get this latest lump checked out, as it is only via tests there that you will determine whether or not there is anything untoward present. Not all lumps are cancerous - only 1 person in every 8 referred to the clinic will get a cancer diagnosis, so the odds are still good for you.

    It is not impossible, but unusual to have pain associated with breast cancer, so I am hoping that this is a good sign too.

    Try to keep yourself busy until you get your appointment - this will help to pass the time. Please let us know how you get on. we are always here for you.

    Hi jolamine. 

    Thank you for your message. Will let you know when appointment is and when I have everything done. Also from my last mammogram in August last year they found a lot of white cell calforcation which they took a biopsy it came clear but did tell that they can turn to cancer so don't know if there still there or not soon find out though. My lump does not hurt now just shoulder and armpit now and then. Oh well either way I will know soon. You keep well and keep safe through these tough times at moment. Speak to you soon love.
