I found a hard, smooth lump under the skin on my vulva, it isn't visible but you can feel it. It was over a week ago and my gp said it was either a cyst or an ingrown hair. Since then pinkness and a spot appeared and has disappeared but the lump is still there. I'm really worried as I have anxiety and have recently lost a friend to cancer.
