Welcome to the forum Aaslett although I'm sorry for the reason you're joining us.

It's understandable why you would be worried given what's happened with your friend but as you've just had your mammogram and it's come back all clear maybe you could keep an eye on it for a week or two and if it hasn't improved then go back to your GP.

As you say it could be because you're using your arm differently which has made it sore so do give it a little bit of time to see if it recovers naturally.
