Hello. I am 41 and very worried I have Ovarian cancer. For a year or so I have had pain frequently in my left ovary region. I had a CA125 test a year ago which came back normal where my symptoms went. My mum claimed I was anxious & had psychosomatic issues. Unfortunately I never went for an ultrasound........

Within the last month the pain in my side has come back with a vengeance. Daily. Constantly. My lower back is killing me. I'm not bloated all the time but I do suffer from it mainly in the evenings. My period for the 1st time in 30yrs was 2 weeks late last month and I am weeing all the time now. 7-8 times a day when previously it was 2-3.....My bowels are bad too. In the last month I've only been going every 5-6 days.

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I am very, very scared. My worry is that if I do have cancer, it's going to be very hard looking after my young physically disabled son.
