Hiya can anyone give me a bit of advice, 

I'm haven issues the past 6/7 months woth bowel movements most of the time im constipated and then the odd time im going 3 / 4 times a day lose stools, I am haven heavy bleeding from my back passage even when I'm on the toilet passing gas, I also pass alot of mucas and sometimes green pus will come out , I went to my own gp a number of times she said she thinks its hemorrhoids,  I have tryed different medication for months and noting has helped , I really dnt tink that's what it is , I dnt have pain nly sometimes cramping during the night and im also passing alot of gas .
