Hello,

im 21 years old. I've suddenly grown boobs in the last two years. Went from an A cup to a DD & ever since been checking and looking at my Tattas!  I'm very health aware , sometimes too much. 
 

but I had a lump in left armpit a few months back. I can't remember the details but I know it was small and hard and I could just about move it ... however it went away so doctors were not too concerned but just said if it returns, call! 
 

it's not returned but I have been experincing for about 2 months some swelling/ noticing the thickness of my upper left breast just under the collar bone.  Compared to my upper  right  breast under my collar bone it feels thicker. I've got constant aches through the upper left part of my boob which radiates through to my nipple and then straight to my armpit and ( this part much be non-related and more psychological) my arm feels odd when the pain and aches are at it worse. 

last night I noticed a bruise ? Not sure if it's related or not but hoping it goes.  I can't think what's hit my breast. 
 

ive not been able to sleep and do feel flustered about it. 
 

ive got my appointment on Monday the 26th of October but I can't help but worry. 
 

anything similar?
