Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post on here as I was seen by a breast cancer specialist today regarding my very prominent dimple which has recently appeared on my right breast. Despite only being 27 (I know the odds of cancer so young are lower - but not impossible) I've been petrified that I've got IBC. I've spent the last 2 weeks waiting for my appointment relentlessly googling (terrible I know) my symptom, and I've seen very very few examples of where a dimple isnt cancer.

As I sat waiting to be called in today I vowed that if it was a positive outcome I would register and post on here! Thankfully after a thorough examination and an ultrasound the doctors could find nothing to suggest anything sinister was going on and have put it down to my fluctuating weight (lockdown hasn't been kind to me!) plus very large breasts which they said would put added pressure on tissue. 
 

I just wanted to share my positive story for anyone out there who is worried - and for those who are on their journey with this terrible disease please know I'm sending you love, luck, light and positivity
