Hi there, I had a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy taken from a lump in my left breast 9 days ago, and I thought I would get a call from my doctor or hospital with the results.

I received a letter from the hospital yesterday asking me to attend an appointment on the 22nd to see a breast surgery consultant, or a member of his team who will discuss any major decisions about my treatment with my consultant. My head has gone into a spin!! Reading that makes me think I have cancer or why would they say "discuss major decisions about my treatment"?? Has anyone else had a letter like this and told everything is fine?

I don't know if they would invite me for a F2F if everything was OK? I'm so anxious now
