Hi guys I'm just wondering whether any has suffered from the same symptoms as I currently have. I'm really concerned as my entire submandibular gland on the right side is swollen and although not visible very very easy to feel. I had a ultrasound on this area and was told it was reactive lymph nodes however it isnt pea sized lumps I can feel, rather the whole gland itself is just swollen. Then recently I have noticed that directly underneath my earlobe there is a really firm, sometimes tender area that I dont recognise as a lump, more a hard swelling that is not as swollen or firm on the other side. Does anyone know what this could be?
