I recently had a colonoscopy. It was an incredibly easy experience and nowhere near as painful or stressful as have other people suggested. I started the Kleap Prep at 3pm, had all 4 sachets each in a litre of water, 250ml every 15 mins. It doesn't taste that bad at all. I had a little jelly tot ready to eat and downed each 250ml glass. Very easy. It has a slight vanilla after taste, but that's all. Tasted to me just like rehydration drinks. I had rumblings at about the 1 and a hour hour mark and then spent 3 hours pretty much on the loo. It wasn't painful and, because I kept drinking normal water in between, I didn't feel dizzy or dehydrated etc. I am Type 1 and have been for 26 years since I was in my teens. I've learnt that constantly drinking water and checking my blood glucose level works a treat. My sugar level pretty much flat lined until the next morning when it rose a bit out of range. I slept fairly well the night before; only a few trips to the loo. In hospital, it was all very easy. I went for sedation. I remember it happening but was drousy. On a couple of occasions it was a tad tender but nothing very painful. They up your sedation if that happens anyway. Before I knew it, it was done. Seems like it was normal but with inflammation in places so waiting on biopsy results. My advice is always have the colonoscopy. It's definitely not awful at all in my opinion and I am a big baby with things like this A 94 year old lady in the bay next to me was having it done and wasn't phased at all. Best wishes.
