Hi everyone

I found a lump 4 days ago in my left breast . Feel a little stupid as I have no idea how long it's been there as I've never checked before as it's not something in my family. I'm 40 and the lump is bigger than a small marble but no wear near a big marble it feels about a cm or two under the skin so found by accident. I went straight to GP hoping I would be told it's a suspected cyst and I'd be sent for scan to be on safe side. However am really worried as the doctor said he has marked me as urgent as there is also swelling of auxillary gland . Have also been very tired and run down lately ( have tonsillitis 4 times in 3 months) but thought it was due to lockdown with two special needs children . Does this sound like cancer ? are there other things it could be. Please help Incan not have cancer asy children can't manage without me .
