I have been experiencing low dull back pain and stiffness for several months. Recently I have developed pain very low in my abdomen and my back pain has got a lot worse.

I have also had discomfort in both groins, particularly the left groin. 
Anout 5 weeks ago I noticed that my lymph nodes in both groins are swollen. I have been to my GP and also had to visit A & E last week due to not being able to sleep because of the discomfort. I have an ultrasound scan at the hospital on Monday for my groin and pelvis and am obviously very very concerned.
