Hi all 

 

I am back again a little too quickly. I joined when I found a lump in my breast. I have since had it removed and given the all clear it was not cancer. That was only 2 months ago. 

 

I visited my dentist yesterday and complained of a bump in my mouth thats been there awhile now I thought it was likely related to some dental work I was getting. Unfortunetly I have been reffered back to the hospital a 2 ww ref for suspected cancer. 

 

I am generally feeling run down and fed up now as its been one thing after the other but I won't lie I am nervous as I am constantly struggling with unexplained pain and discomfort. in the last two months I have gone from taking no pills to needing 6 tablets 3 x a day to cope with pain. 

 

I have already been given an appointment for Monday. Fingers crossed I am as lucky again this time. 

 

Sorry I think I just needed to vent how fed up I am.

    I just wanted to welcome you back to our forum and I hope that this time again it will prove to be nothing to worry about. I just wanted to wish you the best of luck for your appointment on Monday. I can imagine it must be a very stressful time for you while waiting to find out more. 

    I know it is really hard but try not to worry too much or anticipate what it might be. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious. 

    I hope you will also hear from others here who have been through all this before and that they will be along soon to share their story with you. 

    Keeping everything crossed for you that everything turns out fine.
