Hi , had an intravaginal ultrasound that highlighted that my endometrium thickened to 17.1 mm. The sonographer said that he will ask the go to refer me to the hospital for a laporoacopy to take biopsies and depending on findings for an histerectomy. I have read that in my area waiting times for a laporoscopy are easily 6 months, would I have to wait that long or because would this investigation be fast tracked because of risk of cancer ?
