2nd lump in breast

Hello

I was last seen at the breast clinic just under 2 years ago. My lump was examined and an ultrasound was carried out and was defined as a glandular lump. Im only 33 and no breast cancer history in my immediate family. I still have this lump and always check on it for growth etc. It is slightly bigger than when i attended but not a massive amount so hasn't concerned me. It is located under my armpit but I have noticed an additional lump three inches to the right of this in my upper breast tissue. Both lumps are sore if pressed firmly. I'm not overly concerned and I feel will get the same outcome for this and I more than likely just have lumpy breasts. However, I would quite like a biopsy this time just for peace of mind. I wasn't offered one last time so I am wondering if anyone has any experience of this and if I am not offered one if this is something I can request?

Thank you
