I have spotted a lump and as per your advice went to see the doctor. They said it needs to be removed and tested. Problem is they are not doing any minor ops because of covid
I've had a similar problem with getting an appointment. Esp wilth Gp you can only speak on phone I kept complaining of pain in my ribcage, I had an outstanding appt for a milignant lump on my back, only got a appt several months later, in June when I had ultrasound that showed something still wrong, but was led to believe all was fine. Next I get a letter from Gp saying she is referring me to speacialist this was in August, 2months later, they've done biopsy but since then they've only been doing tests and scans.And still got to wait till next month before they start treatment. I've. Been diagnosed with sacoma amongst other things Inc the lump on my back pressing against my lung, the hospital seems to be slow and I'm fearing the worst. In your case they need to see you and remove and test it asap. They are playing with people s lives. I have cancer in my womb, and am still awaiting it being removed, they said back in April when I was first diagnosed that they were not doing any surgeries due to covid, a CT scan in April said the cancer was well contained within the womb. In the meantime I've being on hormone therapy, so I really hope that's Working, I was supposed to have another CT scan in July, I had to chase that up or I might of still being waiting, it took till September 21 st to get that. I have heard nothing from the anyone since around may, I'm not sure if I should be chasing that up too.
