Really scared

I've been having bowel problems for just under a year now. It started with nausea for weeks and losing weight but tests came back clear.I had a perforated duodenal ulcer on my 40th  birthday and had to have an emergency laporotomy which was 13 years ago.. I started getting similar pains where the ulcer had  been so I had an endoscopy which showed inflammation and enlarged gall bladder.  They decided to do an ultrasound but due to lockdown was delayed so I had it last week.

The radiologist was really chatty and having a laugh but then he became very serious and quiet and just said I will send the report to the specialist. I feel like I'm 20 weeks pregnant with a dragging sensation in my upper right abdomen. Sometimes it feels like a tight belt is being squeezed around my abdomen. My appetite is a bit off and I cant eat too much without feeling sick and needing to throw up....I know I am thinking the worst. I just hope its straight forward gall bladder removal and I just want the results to prove it. Thankyou for this forum. I've been sobbing my eyes out  this morning. Too much going on in my life.
