im in a similar boat to you. I also had a lump for a few months and it's now become tender I've been referred, finally have my appointment tomorrow but I've not been sleeping well and keep thinking of the worse. It's so hard not to turn the brain off from overthinking isnt it. Do you have your appointment date? I've just tried to keep myself busy and found that helped. Wish you all the best x

I have my appointment this Thursday. So many emotions about it at the moment but my 4 and 18 month old are keeping me very busy. 
 

I keep checking the lumpiness to make sure it is still there. And it is. I have, and have had for a long time, a dull ache in the right side of my breast. Hoping Thursday will give the answers and can move on with it all.
