Hello all,

I am very nervous as I have an appointment with the breast clinic which was urgent on Tuesday.

I have had a small bruise like lesion on my breast for around three months. It hasn't gone away or faded in that time. To boot it's on my breast that has always been around three cup sizes larger, to which the GP was shocked at. She said she has no idea what the lesion is so couldn't reassure me.

I am 28 although I know cancer doesn't discriminate by age.

i just need some advice as to what will happen at the appointment and how soon you get the results, and if anyone with IBC could let me know what prompted them to get diagnosed I would be ever so grateful.
