I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with some health concerns at the moment. It really is best if you contact your GP to discuss your symptoms and explain how worried you are. They will be able to arrange a referral to the gynaecologist or for an ultrasound if they feel it is appropriate. 

I do hope that things settle for you soon.
