I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in November last year...i had 4 cycles of chemo then a full hysterectomy in May. I was given the all clear in June but have been suffering with nerve damage due to the chemo. I recently found a lump in my breast and have been fast tracked an appointment for Friday. What are the chances of it being breast cancer? I was quite flippant when it was suggested I could have cervical cancer so was a massive shock. Surely the MRI and PET scans i had at the end of last year would have picked up and problems. 3 weeks after I got the all clear from my cancer my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 oral cancer...he's had surgery and is doing well but I'm beside myself with worry. Is it possible for me to get breast cancer so soon after getting the all clear??
