[@Kerry0922]‍ Well the consultant want to wait till baby is here but I feel like that’s too much of a long wait I can’t wait that long, what if this is serious ? I just handle how much anxiety it bring with it.

You don't need all this worry to deal with while pregnant.

Surely they can do some sort of test.

That is sounding positive.

I have been thinking about you all day.

Diverticulitis would explain your symptoms.

It is normal to remove any polyps found and also to take biopsies.

Let us know your results, hope you are feeling less stressed now x

Hi [@Ineedabreak]‍ the midwife can’t do anything it’s really up to the colorectal surgeon now. Everyday is a day of stress for me. I don’t get it I’m going to the loo normal no constipation or anything so where is this maroon mucas coming from! It’s a little on my stool everyday getting really worried now. 

[@Kerry0922]‍ that sound like positive news, hoping the polyp comes back as benign! Try and relax now hun.

Whens your baby due?

Have you been to your GP with this over the last year since you noticed the bleeding?

Hope the colorectal specialist nurses can advise you, they are always there to contact if you are worried.

Hey [@Ineedabreak]‍ my baby is due end of December. I called my surgery up again and said I’m not doing well with seeing blood everyday. She suggested I do another fit test and a calprotectin test this time but the camera test will still be scheduled for after baby is born. I’m just so scared.

Try not to be scared, there are other reasons for bleeding.

Polyps, piles, diverticulitis etc

You need to keep calm for your baby, I know easier said than done but you being stressed will reflect on your baby.

How much blood do you see daily?

Awful timing but December will be here before you know it and they can get you sorted. xx
