Am getting worried that the consultant appointment still has no date ..

Post menopausal bleeding 29th July ...saw GP got referred to gyno for  bleeding & enlarged womb... bleeding lasted for 6 days .. still have discomfort below , pain in left side back.... bloating feeling really heavy almost pregnant look ( but definitely not ) not so bad in the morning but worse as the day goes on... no energy with this too... Have a family history of cancer Mum bladder cancer, sister Edo & daughter lymphoma.

GP did contact hospital at 2 wks timeline was told there are delays...

Due to still not feeling any better GP did another email to consultant ....as it's now over 5wks since referral .... feeling lost as just keep getting told delays in system..... just another number

Would I be any better off going private?? Going crazy.....
