Yes definately go and see your Dr and i would ask them to refer you to have it looked at by a specialist and ideally get a biopsy done - they will probably do an ultra sound in the surgery and might suggest monitoring for a couple of months to see if it gets bigger but i would strongly suggest you request to be reffered - hopefully it will be nothing serious but if it turns out to be a wee bit serious pea size is when you want it diagnosed as it should mean its early - best to be cautious.
