I've been suffering from heavy and irregular bleeding , I had a coil put in and was prescribed the combo pill but still didn't help I had a internal scan which showed I had a grossly enlarged and irregular thickness of the womb .i had a biopsy took and it came back clear , I'm now waiting for day surgery to remove the lining . Yesterday I had a routine smear and the nurse found a polyp on my cervix .. I had the all clear end of June .. so is this a new growth seeing as it wasn't mentioned when I was undergoing tests .. I'm really worried now and I'm waiting for a new referral on the 2 week wait system . Anyone had anything similar ? Thank you
