Hi have a lumpy issue I've developed a large lump on my right breast above my nipple to the arm side of my breast I get a sharp pain now and again under my nipple have a clear fluid come from my nipple now and again. I'm tender not on lump but above up to my arm Pit and over my arm well today a very large lum has appeared from no where on my upper arm at crease of arm pit. I also have a lump in right side of my neck  but GP said it it only feels large cause I have lost so much weight (unexplained) which I went from 10st down to 6 1/2st in matter of 12 weeks but just tell me it's cause I am depressed I am always tired and week feeling they said I'm needing iron tablets and folic acid tablets  been taking them for a while now but hasn't helped they tell me I must not be taking them but I do Im at my wit's end my kids are broken seeing me look so ill but if my own GP can't be bothered to see there's an issue then I really can't see any one seeing it I feel I waste there time. I need to know am I worrying over nothing and wasting my GPS time or do you think there is a genuine worry to my health plz I don't know what to think or feel no more
