Hi there I've recently been seeing ent regarding numerous ear infections. Their saying they think it's a chronic perforated eardrum. Since leaving I've found myself with a sore throat. I decided to have a look and found a lump has grew her my uvula. Has anyone experienced this before ?

  • Hi Jods and welcome to the forum.

If you're concerned about these new symptoms that have developed since seeing ENT then do be sure to let your doctor know so they can refer you back for further investigation if necessary.

Hopefully some of our members who have experienced this before, or something similar, will get back to you soon.

Fingers crossed this can get sorted out soon Jods.

    All the best,

  • How did you get on? I too have a lump at the back of my uvula which is pink, soft to touch and on a stalk so kind of hangs there and moves around. My GP emailed photos to ENt who said it looks like a papilloma on the uvula and now I'm referred to their clinic but could be an 18 week wait :( just wondered if you have any news?
