Your symptoms could be anything from fibroids, polyps of a thick endometrium so go and see your GP.

I have been bleeding since the beginning of July (last period Nov), mixture of different types of bleed and passing large blood clots, abdominal pain and pain in my pelvic area, tireness and feeling full quickly. Always take mefenamic acid when I have a period but these where not working this time.

Doctor referred me for a scan, results showed that my endometrium was very thick 16mm.   Been on tranexamic acid for 4 days worked and then bleeding started again.  Now on noriesthisterone tables.

Now been urgently referred to hospital and have also have an hysteroscopy this week where a biopsy has been taken.  Results should be 2 weeks time.
