Hi I have been spotting for a while know my periods were not normal. I continue  to think I was just going through  stress and hormonal change yet I am 41 I have 3 kids. I was using non hormone coil had that fitted in for 6 years and it is suppose to be there for 10 years. I recently had heavy  bleeding  and the coil came out with a very big clot looked like a foetus size of my palm or even bigger. I WAS traumatised I went to A.E. further tests were done. I had internal scan and ultra sound. On the same day the registar gyna called me I need to come in for MRI scan they took my bloods and said I could  have cancer.if I do I will have to remove the womb.  I am stressed
