Hi all, newbie here! I'm a 31 y/o female.
 

I've been having vulval itching and soreness for about 3 years. The itching is intermittent but my clitoris is either sore or extremely sensitive.

I noticed there was a white patch near my clitoris too and the GP was not concerned, saying there was no ulceration and it was likely a friction burn.
 

Symptoms have continued, I saw a gynaecologist last year - no resolution to vulva irritation but I was diagnosed with endometriosis following a laparoscopy due to pelvic pain. 
 

Every doctor I have seen has said vulva looks healthy. Today I noticed what I can only describe as a white 'blob' on my clitoris. It can only be seen when pulling back the clitoral hood. I initially thought it was discharge, but it wouldn't come off when I tried to remove it. Next to it are also ‘raw patches’. It's hard to describe but it looks similar to how your skin looks underneath when a scab falls off. I can't remember if this is how it looked before when a GP looked at it, but the red patches are what I would describe as ulcerated?? I'm not sure if these patches have always been there and we're missed by doctors on each examination or if it comes and goes. 
 

I'm really concerned it's cancer which has been left untreated for years. Additionally, my public mound seems to be slowly increasing in side in the right side over the past 2 years. It's not particularly noticeable visually, but I can tell the difference by touch. It also aches, as does my groin on the left side, but this could be put down to endometriosis.
 

I wonder if anyone has experienced anything similar?
