Did you manage to find out what this was? I have the same thing, a hard lump on my collarbone that feels like part of the bone. Gp thought it was a callus but An x ray was clear but my doctor wants to see my to discuss it.

Just wondered how you got on, as no matter how hard you try, your mind wanders to a bad place.

Still no further forward, was referred to hospital and the physio I saw was a bit useless, I've now got an MRI at the end of this month but nobody seems concerned. I actually had to go the breast clinic last month due to an indentation on my right breast, same side as where the lump is in my collarbone. I had a mammogram and MRI of my breast and all was clear, so I'm hopeful it's nothing serious.
