Lump on top of jaw

Hi I am a 14 year old boy and have had nmzl I've recently found a hard painless lump on the top of my jaw and do not know what it is, could it be nmzl coming again or just a swollen node because it has been here for about a month and some weeks now.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have a health worry at the moment. It's not possible for us to say what this could be so do speak to your parents or a trusted adult who will be able to give you some reassurance and arrange for you to see your GP if necessary.
