Hi, I'm new here. 

I have my biopsy results tomorrow and I'm so terrified  

I found a lump in my breast and honestly thought it would just be changes due to breast feeding. I didn't quite think about the possibility of a biopsy. 

with covid I have to go for the results myself and the thought of hearing the words breast cancer really does scare me. 

I have a 5 month old baby ( he's my 1st ) I can't imagine how I'll cope being a mummy to him whilst dealing with all this. 

How did you all ground yourself before going to your results appointment any words of encouragement?
