Hi,

I have been experiencing for the last few months a swollen gland on the right side of my neck.

You can see the lump occasionally and its soft and I can move it around.

I have contacted my doctor who said it's just a gland reacting to certain conditions in my body such as my eczema flare up.

I have recently been feeling a horrible achey pain in the back of my neck and a slight ache behind my right ear and sometimes I feel as if my neck is swelling altho people have told me it dont look swollen.

I can be fine one day but others I feel not myself 

I suffer with anxiety and as you can imagine it's really bothering me. I'm 34 years old and until recently a smoker but I have kicked the habit and have been smoke free for a week.

I dont wanna seem like a hypochondriac and in normal circumstances I could of seen a doctor for then to feel it but they wont see me due to covid and I think that's what making me worry more.

Was wondering if anybody else has had anything similar or what I could do in regard to my next step.
