Awaiting MRI results for head

Hello,

I had an MRI today for my head, following symptoms of headaches, heightened sence of smell and taste and change in mood/behaviour.

My dad also had a Tumour. Does anyone know if they are hereditary?

After my scan i was told results would take 2 weeks. :(

Anyone in Leicester had them sooner?

Can't think of anything else right now... my head if full of worry.

I had a scan in Lincolnshire. I was told 7-10 days. Got my results on the 10th day but I didn't actively chase them. I would recommending ringing your GP after a week and see if they have your results. I've found out to the cost of my mental health that they don't actively contact you if your results are normal.
