Hi,

I have today woke with a hard none moveable painful lump on my labia majora. Its under the skin a little red and extremely painful. I have not shaved for way too long so not sure its anything to do with ingrown hairs. It hurts constantly but worse with touch. I also have pelvic and lower back pain on the same side. I have not noticed any of this before today. Feeling worried
